| The magnificent Brighton Belle Pullman train was frequented by many famous Brighton residents who used the train to commute to the capital. A special inauguration event was organised at Brighton Station on 14th January 2003 and was attended by local celebrity residents like Dora Bryan, Carole Kay, Anna Wing Chris Eubanks, Chris Ellison and Leo Sayer. Many of the original carriages have been incorporated into the famous Orient Express. VSOE the operators of the Orient Express arranged for two of the carriages Vera & Audrey to be present on the day. It was wonderful to see and even more thrilling to board the train once again and be transported back to a golden age. |
